I watched this video in its entirety, and I'm still confused.
Baron Davis (or Chippy as Brooke likes to call him) stars in this very odd commercial. It's just really, really, really strange.
It also reminds me why I don't like 80s music.

Soulja Boy....
....go away.
Now I admit, I think "Crank Dat" was a pretty good song, in that it was really catchy, had a pretty grimey beat, etc. But the dance was awful.
This further solidifies that the dance should not be done by anyone who is above the high school age. Primarily because it looks pretty funny when this mascot does the dance. This video made it oh so clear that this dance is just absolutely goofy.
Also, you can youtube "soulja boy" and "kids" and get 1,520 results. And it looks soretarded awful to watch these kids to "superman that ho."

Interesting Time for Clinton
Hillary's chances of closing the gap in delegates just got slimmer. Like the whole state of Florida slimmer. Since both Florida and Michigan jumped out of line with the Democratic National Party's instructions to not hold early primaries, their delegates were not to be seeded. So Obama turned his attention elsewhere, and when the ballots came through, they basically meant nothing. Obama even pulled his name off the ballot in Michigan. But over the course of the campaign (and after a series of Obama wins), Clinton suddenly decided that Florida and Michigan should both count, despite non-compliance with the DNP's instructions. Funny how that works out. You're down over 100 delegates, and now it's important for the votes to count......Gotcha. Keep fanning the flames of my hate Senator Clinton, you've done so well thus far, I'd hate to see you lose the battle for my disgust.

In other campaign news, Senator Clinton's record as the first lady will also be released this week. This will most likely not go over well for her, as the Obama camp has been pushing (along with Judicial Watch) to have her record be released, and subsequently scrutinized.
What does this really mean? Essentially, Clinton has made a number of claims (and
possible most likely embellishments) about her role as the first lady and how it lends so much to her credibility. Well, I supposed we shall soon see if her role was really as big as it was.

Chris Rock: Heroin > Rape
Back in 2001, Chris Rock was worried about being accused of raping a woman. He contacted a big shot Hollywood Private Investigator to help his case since he actually hadn't raped the woman. Highlight of the phone conversation which has just recently come out? This:
Chris Rock is one smart guy. Yes, heroin is, what some consider a victimless crime, whereas in rape, there is always a victim. But imagine if Rock had thought the rape charge was good for his career. Now that would have been news.
Anyway, the full audio of the conversation has come out on various web sites since the PI is now being investigated for illegal wiretapping. What do you think would be better for his career?

"I'm [bleep]ed. I'm better getting caught with needles in my arm, way better, needles, with pictures. There's Chris Rock shooting heroin - much better blow to the career."

I'm Glad DMX Can't Vote
DMX = Dumb
DMX is a convicted felon and therefore he cannot vote. Sometimes I feel bad for convicted felons for losing their right to vote. However, this is not one of those situations.
I used to kind of like DMX. It's Dark and Hell is Hot was a great album. Also, the follow up Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood was also very well done. But after that, DMX kind of went insane. I'm pretty sure he started smoking crack, as he began barking more than usual. Then there was the impersonation of a federal agent. Not to mention the pretty awful movies, the multiple excessive speeding violations, and a slew of other charges.
In summation, DMX kind of lost credibility, not as a rapper, but more as a human who has an opinion.
The interview basically shows DMX flexing his ignorance stating that he doesn't know who Obama is, doesn't follow the presidential race, and that Barack Obama's name can't really possibly be his name. I salute you DMX. Not only are you ignorant to reality, but you're very proud of it. And I'm sure you also have a lot of money. "It's not what you know, it's how well you rap," has now officially become my new motto.

Spammer Gets the Slammer
http://news.yahoo.com/s/infoworld/20080317/tc_infoworld/96019
I've grown weary of having numerous amounts of spam filling my mailbox. Thus I've had a few different email addresses which I use to sign up for things which serve primarily as junk email addresses. My real email addresses remain preserved for business and actual personal matters. It is people like the guy in the above story who ruin email. No, I don't want penis enlarging drugs, nor do I need to shop from your online pharmacy, I don't suffer from erectile dysfunction, and I'm still not interested in a hot girl and a donkey show. Seriously, I grow weary of having to sift through pages and pages of spam from my old 1997 email account just to find out if there's important messages coming through.
But thankfully, one of the biggest spammers in history has been caught (actually he was caught a while back) and is now facing up to 26 years in prison.
"yeah, so what are you in for?"
"I killed 3 people in a blacked out rage over a gambling debt. How about you?"
"Me? uhhh, I emailed people a bunch of mail they didn't want, advertising things like Viagra and Cialis."
"You've got a purdy mouth."
"....."
Classic. Justice is a dish best served with a prison sentence."

Normally, I'd not consider this a true crime. I can hardly say I've ever felt victimized from the junk mail that I get. Just seriously peeved. Like peeved to the point where I'd like to find a few of the spammers who sent this crap and punch them in the face. Repeatedly. But aside from the rage-a-holic feelings, I don't consider it a crime. However, when some douchebag earns $300k in a year from sending junk mail to basically annoy people....well let's just say I hope he goes to prison for the full 26 years. And while he's there he can get "annoyed" by other inmates. Primarily because he was such a tool that he went to prison for sending out junk mail. Imagine the conversations he might have when he first gets in there. That year [2005], Soloway raked in more than $300,000 from his spam operations, according to his plea agreement.
Soloway has avoided fines in the past, but this time around he may not be so lucky. In addition to the jail time he now faces, he has also agreed to discuss his financial assets while being monitored by a lie detector.
While there have been hundreds of spam prosecutions in the United States, it is extremely rare for spammers to face criminal charges, and those involved in the matter say that Soloway's case could serve as a deterrent to other spammers.

I Miss the Chappelle Show
It's been a long time since Chappelle's Show was on. Below is the Black Bush sketch, still one of my all-time, favorite sketches.
If you're in my Con law class, please refer to approximately 2:10 and the 'yellow cake' reference. Then, every time Bergin makes a 'yellow cake' joke, think about this video, look to me, and understand why I'm laughing for what appears to be no good reason.

McCartney Got Hosed
man did Paul McCartney get the shaft on this one. Guess he'll have to go back on tour and raise some money via $100 plus tickets.
CNN - McCartney
Mills gets $50 million!? What the hell did McCartney do to her? And why was the court trying to hate on one of the two last living Beatles?
The highlight? Mills stating "she had endured '18 months of abuse, worse than a murderer or pedophile.'"
How does Mills know that what she went through was worse than either? Particularly the murderer thing. I'm pretty sure Mills hasn't been murdered, but I guess that's my opinion. And we all know that my opinion is invalid or unqualified according to Bob Costas. Fiddlesticks.

Weekend in Review - Update
Rockets get win #22 in a row. If you are even remotely a basketball fan, this should be huge. And if you're from H-Town, this should also be huge. This is the second longest winning streak in the history of the NBA, behind the Lakers 1971-1972 streak of 33 games. You gotta think they won't make it to 33, but nonetheless the team is on FIRE.
Also, while taking the game in at the bar, and between a pound of crawfish and a Philly Cheesesteak and fries, I looked up to hear a table cheering. Apparently this is what had just happened:
Also insane. Tiger has played three events [update: he's actually played four events including this one: Buick Invitational, Dubai Desert Classic, The WGC Matchplay Classic, and now the Arnold Palmer Invitational) this year and has won all of them. But none have to be better than this one. A monster 25 foot putt after he hadn't sunk one longer than 18'10" all week. Golf is by far the hardest sport I have ever played. And Tiger is a true athlete (the guy benches over 300lbs!). Gotta tip your hat to this kind of dominance.
In other news: please vote on the new layout.

Hillary in the House, Hillary in the White House
Proof that Hillary's supporters generally suck. Not creative, no rhythm...just all around terrible.

Excuse me while I go vomit in the corner.
