This day has been hectic. I felt entirely too down about everything. But it's just the nature of coming off of a good vacation and trying to hit the ground running while readjusting your sleep pattern. Plus having a million things to do isn't helping.

But as I sit in the library, I find solace in this.

Not really. I will follow this up with a more in-depth recap of the vacation, but for now I leave you with perhaps the most memorable line of the weekend.

Roommate #2 to random lady at the bar during lunch:
"I've never had a bloody mary. are they good?"

lady:
"they're good. do you like tomato juice"

Roommate #2 - totally serious:
"no, but I like pasta sauce."
