I Love Food

These two places made #7 and #2 respectively on the Travel Channel's Chowdown Countdown. I can't disagree that the Salt Lick is really good barbecue (and all you can eat family style) and that Roscoe's, by itself, is almost worth taking a trip to CA for (best fried chicken and best waffle I've ever had - puts Breakfast Klub in Houston to absolute shame).

I watched all 101 places and I was pretty excited. I hope to visit at least three of the places on the list in the next few months (thank you Moot Court). This would include Durgin Park in Boston (#10) a place in Cincinnati that serves Chili on Spaghetti and some 24-hour fried chicken / Southern food place in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Hey, I didn't get fat by not eating.

Hungry?

I used to eat cereal all of the time growing up. Now I realize, it takes longer than I'd like and I'm a lacktard (read: lactose-intolerant). However, this is still hilarious.

What Goes Into That Crap I've Been Eating for Over a Month Straight Now

Finals means fast food galore. I feel like vomiting just writing I miss a home cooked meal, most particularly my home cooked meals. What I wouldn't give to have the time to make a nice salmon fillet, some rice, and some green beans.

Anyway, found out what the top 10 most common ingredients in fast food today.

Who'd have thunk, sodium, MSG, and high fructose corn syrup made the list. and I wonder why I'm pudgy.

everything written in the last two sentences was pure sarcasm.

in case you couldn't tell.

Actually, the fact that chicken is the most added ingredient actually is surprising. I'd have put money on "meat scraps" or "poop" before I picked chicken.

A View to an Appetizer (or side-dish)

Finally, they got it right. Bacon > Fries. EVERYTIME.
In other news, Orthodox Jews are not happy with the results.
