A Conversation with Jim

me: If I wrote like a set of laws for STCL there would be a provision for sal
and it would be like "salmaan momin cannot: (1) provide testimony as a competent witness; (2) provide expert testimony; (3) provide lay testimony based on common knowledge

Jim: hahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahaahahhaahhahaahahahahahahaha

Jim: what he do now?

me: my stomach made noise and julio was like "I wont' use the words hungry hungry"
and I was like, no, you got food like 2 hours after you had already gone
and we got into a whole thing about it and he was like "ask sal, sal knows"
and I was like, no sal does not count as a credibile person

Jim: never never never never never never never NEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER when trying to confirm your point reference sal
unless you are saying sal believes the opposite

me: hahahahahhahahahah
EXACTLY
so that would be: (4) sal may only be allowed to provide testimony of what a person would state if: (a) they lacked credibility; (b) were irrational; (c) were mistaken; (d) they were applying the 'opposite' test
definitions: opposite - when sal says something, generally the opposite is true

Jim: i like it
julio julio julio
highly disappointing

me: hahhahahahaha
yeah
well sal WAS there, but sal probably remembers a space ship flying in the room and like a barking dog two rooms down
