I Hate the Burbs

Right now I'm standing in line waiting to buy a book. And there's a
woman jabbering on about how great Sarah palin is. I want to vomit on
my own shoes. And her's (the woman, not palin's....wait, all three
will do).

Then there was the comment in the cafeteria today made by a guy
commending a Midwestern senator who commented on hard work during the
sotameyer confirmation hearings. Not sure exactly what that meant but
it had that politically charged sound to it. You know, the anti
affirmative action sound. The "he got handed a job cause of his race"
sound...

I can't wait to get out of the burbs and back to the downtown life.
Call me bougeoise or whatever, but I hate it out here.
