Anonymous said...: i am not sure if it is the "Moosie" that will cause Mr. Panda to fail out of law school. Perhaps it may be a contributing factor, among the many already list, with the addition of "falling asleep under neath your desk at the library" rather than studying. I think "Moosie" embodies an idea of happiness, an ideal that many law students tend to lose sight of during these tough final times. Either that, or "Moosie" is more akin to the imaginary friends small children make up when faced with traumatizing events (see "The Sixth Sense").
